How to Use

➕ Adding a New Transaction

  1. Open Bank Transaction from the menu
  2. Fill in the required fields
  3. Add optional details as needed
  4. Press F12 or click Save
  5. Confirm when prompted

âœī¸ Editing an Existing Transaction

  1. Type the name in the Search box on the left
  2. Select the record from the search results grid
  3. The form fields will load with the selected data
  4. Modify the fields you need to change
  5. Press F12 or click Save

Field Descriptions

Bank Required

Select the bank account for the transaction.

Balance Optional

Current balance of the selected bank. Auto-populated. Read-only.

Deposit Optional

Amount being deposited into the bank.

Withdrawal Optional

Amount being withdrawn from the bank.

Cheque No Optional

Cheque number for the transaction.

Date Required

Date of the bank transaction.

Remarks Optional

Notes or description for the transaction.

Important Notes

One Direction Only: Enter either a Deposit or Withdrawal amount per transaction — not both.

Bank Ledger: Each transaction automatically updates the bank ledger and recalculates the running balance.
