How to Use
â Adding a New Row
- Open Booking Man Setup from the menu
- Select the filter dropdown if applicable
- Click New to add a blank row at the bottom of the grid
- Fill in the required columns
- Press F12 or click Save
âī¸ Editing Existing Rows
- Select the row you want to edit in the grid
- Click on the cell and modify the value
- Modified rows will turn light yellow
- Press F12 or click Save to save all changes

Grid Columns
| Column | Type | Required | Description |

| Name | Text | â | Full name of the booking man / salesperson. Must be unique. |
| Description | Text | Additional notes â e.g., area assignment or contact number. | |
| Active | Checkbox | Active status. Inactive booking men are hidden from invoice dropdowns. |

Buttons
| Button | Shortcut | What it Does |

| đž Save | F12 | Saves all changes. The system will ask for confirmation before saving. |
| â New | F5 | Adds a new blank row to the grid for data entry. |
| â Close | Esc | Closes the Booking Man Setup screen. |

Used in Invoices: Each sale invoice is assigned a booking man to track salesperson performance.
