Define field representatives (TSMs/RSMs) from pharmaceutical companies and associate them with specific customers.

How to Use
â Adding a New Row
- Open Company Rep Setup from the menu
- Select the filter dropdown (Company â Group) if applicable
- Click New to add a blank row at the bottom of the grid
- Fill in the required columns
- Press F12 or click Save
âī¸ Editing Existing Rows
- Select the row you want to edit in the grid
- Click on the cell and modify the value
- Modified rows will turn light yellow
- Press F12 or click Save to save all changes

Field Descriptions
Company (Filter) Required
Select the company whose reps you want to manage.
Group (Filter) Required
Select the product group. Reps are associated per company + group.

Grid Columns

| Rep Name | Text | â | Full name of the company representative. Must be unique within the company/group. |
| Text | Representative's email address. | ||
| Phone 1 | Text | Primary phone number. | |
| Phone 2 | Text | Secondary phone number. | |
| Customers â | Button | Click to open a popup and associate specific customers with this rep. This controls which rep claims credit for orders from which customers. | |
| Active | Checkbox | Active status of the representative. |

Buttons

| đž Save | F12 | Saves all changes. The system will ask for confirmation before saving. |
| â New | F5 | Adds a new blank row to the grid for data entry. |
| â Close | Esc | Closes the Company Rep Setup screen. |

Important Notes
Customer Association: Click the "Customers" button to assign which buyers are covered by each rep. This is used for claim tracking and rep performance.
Auto-Association: When a new customer is created in Customer Setup, they are automatically linked to all reps that cover their town.
