Define reasons for product returns that are selected during Sale Return and Purchase Return transactions.

How to Use

➕ Adding a New Row

  1. Open Return Reason Setup from the menu
  2. Select the filter dropdown if applicable
  3. Click New to add a blank row at the bottom of the grid
  4. Fill in the required columns
  5. Press F12 or click Save

✏️ Editing Existing Rows

  1. Select the row you want to edit in the grid
  2. Click on the cell and modify the value
  3. Modified rows will turn light yellow
  4. Press F12 or click Save to save all changes

Show only active reasons.

Grid Columns

Purchase ReturnCheckboxIf checked, this reason appears in the Purchase Return form dropdown.

ActiveCheckboxActive status. Inactive reasons are hidden from return forms.
