Important Notes

â„šī¸
Linked to Town: Sub towns belong to a specific town. Customers are assigned to a Town + Sub Town combination.
âš ī¸
Cannot Deactivate a Sub Town in Use: If you uncheck Active on a sub town that still has active customers, the save is refused and a message tells you how many. Deactivate those customers first, then the sub town. Nothing is saved when the save is refused — including any other rows you edited at the same time.
💡
Deactivating a Sub Town and Its Customers Together: Enable Cascade Deactivate Sub Setups in Settings and the system asks whether to deactivate those customers as well instead of refusing. This is off by default, and a confirmed cascade cannot be undone.
