User Setup

Create and manage user login accounts. Each user belongs to a User Group that controls their permissions.
How to Open
Menu → Setups → User

How to Use

➕ Adding a New Row

  1. Open User Setup from the menu
  2. Select the filter dropdown (User Group) if applicable
  3. Click New to add a blank row at the bottom of the grid
  4. Fill in the required columns
  5. Press F12 or click Save

âœī¸ Editing Existing Rows

  1. Select the row you want to edit in the grid
  2. Click on the cell and modify the value
  3. Modified rows will turn light yellow
  4. Press F12 or click Save to save all changes

Field Descriptions

User Group (Filter) Required

Select the user group from the top dropdown. The grid shows all users in that group.

Grid Columns

PasswordText✅Login password for the user. Stored as plain text — handle with care.

Security: Passwords are visible in the grid. Only administrators should access this screen.

Group Determines Permissions: The user inherits all menu permissions, control access, and company visibility from their assigned User Group.
